Need help X2 Premium HD

Hey Guys, need some help with my X2 premium HD Receiver, when plugin after about 15 second it display X2 and blank
screen nothing more! is there a file how to recover of the receiver back to normal state?
 
Hello go to the X2 premium files section. You need to make sure which X2 you have . Premium II or III. You will find the loader, factory file and instructions there.
 
Any chance it could be as simple as the video format is set incorrectly to a mode the TV cannot natively display on the HDMI except on boot? Might be worth a quick try using a different video output using the composite or different TV to see if you can see the setup menus.
 
op said the front panel said "on" all the time.
When this happens the receiver is basically dead.
If he had the last firmware installed (jan 2014) he may have to make his own .stp recovery file like I had to.
 
to make your own .stp file for rs232 recovery you load an x2 firmware upgrade into a hex editor and strip off the 1st 65616 bytes.
The file should then start with the hex:
Code: 
00000000 3141 5926 4150 5031 4E54 3738 0003 0003 1AY&APP1NT78....
save the file as a .stp file for rs232 use.
 
tengo dos x2premium hd corriendo un fimware se fue la electricidad y se quedo en on ayuda para hecharlo correr esta muerto AYUDADDDDDDDDDDD

Hola!. Hay varios modelos de X2 y necesitamos saber cual tu tienes para poderte ayudar. Mientras tanto necesitas un cable Null RS232 y una computadora que tenga el puerto de COM.
 
Disculpa pero tengo todos cable null232 y la computadora x2 x.sQUARE le emtro todos lo fimware y se keda en ON eso paso cuando le instala un fimware y se fue la luz y kedo en ON gracia por las buenas intenciones

carlospr43 Gracia mi hermano por todas la ayuda pero sigo igual no se mueve de donde esta es puesto todas la altimaÑa todos lo k le entro correpondiente a su modelo lo resibe pero no se mueve de donde esta Gracia mil gracia pero esto esta en el final
