If you have fans under your front cover this is a good cheap dust filter. My computer face has them built in, but they are not as fine as:
Used dryer sheets works really good. Cut to fit. Place them over the front fans and use magnet strips to hold them on.
Very easy to remove and cheap to replace!
Get one of those fridge magnets. The ones with emergency numbers and stuff. Cut strips from that.
That is what I did. Try chamber of commerce...they're free!
And the police...they give them away too. They're about 6" X 8".
