I scanned in this tp several weeks ago but I just assumed that it was a data tp as there wasn't any audio or video. I sent my 4' dish over to 61w and to my surprise there is music now on this tp:

It looks like you are getting the 4K test channel which has been on that transponder for quite sometime. There should be a 4K video playing along with the music, but you will not get the video unless you have something that decodes 4K video.

What is 4k video? What type of equipment is required?

I do not know of any fta receiver that is 4K capable, but I think some of the cards can decode it.

It must have something to do with the Hispasat group as I've noticed a 4k tp on Hispasat 1E at 30w:
