lost in the sky

I have a geosat pro and I set it up with a 36" dish , it worked fine for a while and stop I assume it moved due to high win than I set it up with a 4 foot motorize disk and for the life of Jupiter I can get a thing out of it , I update the receiver ....and nothing, I don't think is the receiver but since I new probably I missing something, any ideas. thanks. easy confused

Hello, you may need to check the LNB settings in the receiver since you changed from a 36' dish to a 4 footer. The LNB on the 4 foot dish my have a different LOW setting (10600, 10750, 5150, ect.), check the LNB on the 4 foot and change the receiver LNB settings to match the number on the LNB. I hope this is more helpful than confusing.
