Here's a nice site that displays real time flight tracking of all flights currently over the world or by specific geographical area. It also offers info on world airports, airlines and more. The site also offers the same apps for your cell phone or pc. Pretty helpful when one is traveling.

By hovering the mouse over an icon, it display the airline and flight number as it travels to its destination.
