Is Cozy still available on 103? Did a full blind scan and all I get is the two beach channels. Also scanned the exact freq above and nothing. Still trying to pick a new receiver so I am using a Viewsat Ultra VS2000 with a Invocom QPH-031.
 
The two beach channels are the strongest stations on this satellite and you can get them even if your dish is out of alignment a little bit.
The 103 satellite has a weird skew. Try turning the lnb in the holder a little bit and see if you can get the channel. There are several NBC feeds on this satellite as well as Cozi.
 
could it be that my older receiver is not HD? I will try turning the LNB when I have some time. Not that it means much but the beach channels have a signal strength of 70 and a QA of 70 on the viewsat meter.

I think Cozi is DVB-S2. If I am correct, the Viewsat does not support that mode. I agree you need to upgrade the receiver asap.
 
It depends on what you are trying to do as to which receiver to get.
IF you are not going to have more than one satellite dish, then you do not need two tuners.
The cheapest receiver will be the Golden Media ONE.
The Raptor may be purchased with one or two tuners. The Raptor has an advantage in the PVR and blind scanning areas.
We do support Enigma2 on this forum, which is the other operating system for either receiver. EB

Cozi TV is also active on C-Band now.
