Maybe someone can figure out what this is.

Scan the arc and you will find several 32apsk. Try 111W C band. Doubt you find any with usable video.

I am trying to figure out which programs are the easiest to use. I just used easy blind scan to find that. Not many options on the demo version.

EBSPro is what I use.
IMO, the TBS5925 is a nice piece but it has limited uses.
