Refresher Please

I would like to use the latest firmware, but do not want to loose what I have already saved, such as satellites, transponders, channels, etc. I know that a factory reset is required.

I have not done many updates or factory resets to this receiver, therefore I have forgotten what are the needed steps to save the present state and content of the receiver.

flash new file

Database restore
