I previously wrote about my grief with an Amazon purchased X2 Premium IV, that bricked after taking the September update...I packed it up and sent it back to Amazon and received a refund.
The X2 tech support was also informed of the incident with an email. They associated my email with the "it bricked after the firmware update" review I had placed on Amazon, and asked me to remove it, and if I supplied them with my full address and phone number, that they would send me a free replacement.
Fair enough.....should I accept and give them a 2nd chance?

Free is my favorite price. I'd accept their offer, If you have problems in the future, you can always post a new comment. They seem to be willing to work to rectify the problem to your satisfaction. That seems to be a rarity these days.
