Why are MPEG-4 channels so hard to obtain, is there a receiver that is able to show them without a problem?.
I am using the X2 premium as well as the microhd, and both of the receivers do not let the channels show. Have tried to blind scan, single Tp, everything possible with no good results.
Any information or advice is welcomed.

North of New Orleans, Louisiana. Also came across Tp 11800 H 3000 of 89W...Tp 12080 H 25635 of 113W. This only applies to the foremention classified MPEG-4 channels, or half of some of the Tp with different channel classification. That seems strange than in the same Tp, only the MPEG-4 channels are not coming in.

That's odd because there are many ku mpeg-4 tp on our arc. Have you tried the NBC tp on Amc 1?

I have had some trouble with the 12180 transponder on 125w. The dish has to be absolutely dead on for me to get it. Double check your skew and depth.
Portable Comtech 13', Winegard 10', SAMI 7.5', 3 39" Ku dishes one motorized. Scanning 30w-131w

There are 3 different X2 Premium models. All 3 models have gone thru several firmwares updates. Some updates were released toward the help of scanning TPs including combinations of SD & Mpeg4 mixed. The very original X2 premium One has numerous bugs, followed by the second released with blue lights which most of the bugs were taken care and now III. We worked to fix the original firmware release for the III which was having problems scanning SD/Mpeg4 combinations in the PR/VI mux on 99W.
