    Now that didn't take long. It is the first tp that comes up. It is 4161V 29998. I scans it but when the receiver tries to scan the tp it locks up on it. I've also, always had problems bringing in 105. Both 103 and 107 are fine but 105 is very weak.

    Try changing the parameters so that your scan does not go above 4000. Nothing above that, that isn't encrypted. I had the same problem on another sat with tp 4161 and stopping below it solved the issue.
    itried it on a scan from 3900 to 4000 it still locked up.

    That's too bad EC, the s2/8psk NBC channels are on that sat.

    Try going with 3700 to 3960. It was above 3960 that I had problems

    I managed to find that tp but it is very hard for me to get a solid lock on it. For some reason I have always found 105 hard to hold.

    Ok I brought my receiver upstairs and hooked it up to my c band feed. All channels scanned in both manually and on a blind scan for that tp. I remember the first time I attempted 105w my box got stuck on tp 4160 as well, not quite sure why that issue hasn't arisen on my 2 last scans:

    I just re blind scanned to reassure myself. The anaconda got stuck on tp 4160 for about 20 seconds then it scanned all tp, 50 channels showing up:
