What size dish are you using? The s2/8psk tp on Ses2 at 87w are on c band, you'll need a dish, preferably mesh, of at least 7.5'.

    Hi Viper
i have 8 ft mesh and have no problem with other recivers ie azbox, sathawk 800 etc.
but i can not get a lock on with my vs9000hd unit at all.while the rest of recievers are at 92 or so in quality.
could you please tell me witch firmware i should use with the vs9000 hd.
I also have problem with the blindscan on this unit and it seems to be most on cband.
    thank you in advance

I had my 9000 hooked up a few months ago, but just on my 39" motorized dish.. and used USALS.. So I can't really advice on the C-Band side. The scan times are not the best on this box to say the least.. The file I loaded is in the files section here. [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Give it a shot and see how that goes.
