A blindscan of 89W ku caused the receiver to crash. The debug log shows a transponder being logged with a FEC of 1/4. The receiver crashed because this FEC doe not exist in the FEC tables, so the receiver did not know what to do.
I set the FEC 1/4 to return FEC 1/2 so the receiver will not crash. Do not quite understand what is happening here. I have done a lot of blindscanning with the Zero 4K, and 89W Ku is the only location that has the FEC 1/4. And only that one transponder.[Blind scan] cnt : 8 , data : ['OK', 'HORIZONTAL', '11596212', '0', 'DVB-S2', 'INVERSION_AUTO', 'PILOT_OFF', 'ROLLOFF_35']

That's the power of the Silabs tuner when the driver allows it. If only Vu supported snr in db... I hate percentages from the core of my soul!

Maybe Vu will fix the signal meter. But I need universal lnb blindscan fixed more than anything else.

They will NEVER fix it. Don't hope for it, don't expect it! It's their messed up philosophy and they even stuck to the ancient DVBAPI v3 exactly not to ever support dbs. Too bad...
But there's still hope for HD51, I'm speaking with the vendor...

Might ask the vendor where the HD51 blindscan is? I mean since you are having a conversation with them anyways. Would be great to see that feature added.

Got my PVR KIT yesterday, installed the HDD, initialized the HDD and the receiver recognized the HDD right away, it records good and plays back with no problems, during restart it takes a little longer.
The only problem I found is multiboot it does not work , maybe I not set up correct, no big deal, I have the OpenPLI 6.2 image on the flash build 4/2/2018, something happened to the latest image, when try to blindscan I get a green screen and reboots.
Regards.

Good work on the pvr!
Can you post the crash log for the green screen? Look in /tmp. Thanks.
