Correct. You can stream 4:2:2 from most enigma2 receivers to a pc and watch the video stream. There are variations to this.

Some forms of 4:2:2 video are considered to be professional, and are not included in a consumer fta receiver. This is why the Zgemma and some other receivers that are capable of receiving the desired 4:2:2 format have it blocked.

While it may be possible to get 4:2:2 to open in a Zgemma or other fta receiver by using the cam module, I see it highly unlikely. Think about what you would have to do to make this happen, and you will see that it would take a lot of work. Then at the end of the day, you have a chip that is not supposed to open 4:2:2 video, so you will have to convince it to do what it is not supposed to do. If you know enough to open up the chip and get the 4:2:2 video like AzBox did, then why use the cam slot? It makes no sense...
