    I updated the flash via the internet and now i have problems on 3940 tp on Galaxy-19 the channels are blotted out everything looks good to me in settings all the other ones play fine

    Did you make a backup before updating? If you did, restore the backup.

    Yes i did and loaded it back and this is what i got i did a re scan and it come up the same way

    If you just backed up the settings and not the whole image, your results will be the same after you restore.
    Check your backup. If it has tar.gz in the name, then you only backed up settings. we may still be able to use this....

    Check and see if there is another online update.

    If not, download and install the 20161030 image from here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    Load that image and try doing your backup restore again.

    I think i got it fixed i opened it up in dreamset and deleted 1 service and loaded it back and now it is working fine i don't know what caused the problem but it is working now.

    The same thing happened to me on a TP on 125KU, I had to manual scan the tp to fix it. I thought it was just me.

    No. There was an image problem that has been fixed. Lots of changes have been made recently to enigma2. Always a good idea to do a full image backup before updating.
