I just picked up one of these for about 42$. It is listed as having an ali3511 chipset. I am working on a NA satellite list but so far this receiver is working pretty good with AC-3 audio and good switching, and motor function. I haven't been able to scan much cband with it as my actuator is bad and I won't be able to work on it until early next week. Here are some pictures and specs:

There is an interesting feature with the receiver. The purple button on the remote (m/p) stands for micro panel. Pressing it brings up a menu with quick functions, audio, epg, sleep timer etc. It really simplifies the remote.

This one is not quite that small. We will see how it holds up. it doesn't seem to get that hot.

It's great the trend in price for these latest STBs seem to stay pretty low. That's one of the reasons I bought my X2 Premium 3 years ago, still used everyday.

I did some C-band blind scanning and the receiver does not correctly scan with a bandstacked lnb. It double scans each polarity like some other receivers. A small glitch I found is when you are in the lnb frequency settings and manually move the arrow, it only shows 4 or so frequencies available. The full menu comes up when press OK.

I finished the satellite list and it maxes out at 64 satellites. The receiver is able to scan in the 3980H 30000 transponder on 97w but the video freezes. There is also an accurate scan mode that I am testing out now.
