I ordered one of these to try out. I have been running a b1sat bandstacked lnb for awhile on my 10' dish. Prior to that I was running a C/Ku dmx741 until it filled up with hornet's nests. The bandstacked lnb has decent performance and is nice to check the settings on different receivers. However, the b1sat doesn't cover the entire frequency range (3700-4200)so it will miss transponders on certain birds.

    BSC421:

    Low 13 degree noise figure
    Extended Frequency 3.4 GHz ~ 4.2 GHz
    Voltage-Controlled H/V Switching (13/18V)
    Excellent D.R.O. Stability
    High Gain Output

Been using the bsc422 on my 8' solid for the better part of 2 years now. I've had no issues at all and signal quality is good.
