I try to start with simple or easy things first. Disconnecting the antenna does not require much effort.

If the receiver stops rebooting with the antenna disconnected, and you have a spare lnb available, try connecting the spare lnb to the receiver using a short cable. Then watch and see if the receiver reboots. It does not matter that the lnb is not on a dish or outside. Connecting the lnb will put a small load on the power supply.
IF the receiver reboots with the test lnb installed and does not reboot when the test lnb is not connected then you can assume the problem is inside the receiver. EB

The problem was the antenna, he didn't reboot after disconnecting him. Other cable and the reboot problem is solved! Great! Thank you all!

But just 2 channels freezes (scrambled)... the work and scramble for a second or 2/3 and then they work again for a minute of 5 and scramble again. It is just TNT (german) and 13th street (german) the other channels don't do that. How is that possible or to solve?

The channels that are freezing might not have a strong enough signal to stay locked. How much signal quality do they have? Maybe you can try to peak the dish some more.

Legitfta is a worldwide site. It is not a good idea to mention or hint hacking until it is crystal clear that is the intent because providers in other countries operate different than our Dishnet or Direct providers.

i visit sites worldwide and never heard of a provider that lets you use any receiver you want and I know the smartcard slot is pretty limited to the type of card you can use.
If I offended anybody I am sorry.
