So this is basically an Amiko Mini HD SE, but with more outputs and built-in wifi? Sounds like a fantastic deal for the rumored price!

Has anyone tested streaming video from the box to Android yet?

The only thing I have tried so far is the big2small app built in to the Premium lll to test watching satellite channels on my Galaxy S lll it worked perfectly. Pretty cool being able to move the dish from your phone..

I've noticed your attitude lately in your most recent posts, why not take it elsewhere where your buds can blow more sunshine up your a**. It isn't needed nor wanted here.

I answered your PM, but since you posted it here too...

What attitude? What recent posts? I've hardly posted lately, and I was only trying to make a comparison of the hardware and software of the two boxes, not trying to say anything negative, or whatever you thought I was saying. Didn't you read the next sentence where I said it was a good deal?

Are you referring to recent posts at this site or somewhere else?

Looking in the link, I do not see any posts or comments that have any attitude or problems in them. The new Premium should be compared to other receivers in its class.

I apologise, I overreacted and misinterpreted your post.

I tried the DLNA function today on the Premium III , it works very well and is just as simple as starting DLNA in the menu then choosing a video, picture or music on your computer.. then right click on the media file and choose Play to Ali media render.
I have a pretty good WiFi, the movie started playing within second.. pretty cool.
