Hi big o any updates on this receiver is it still doing good.

Yes, Rodder it is doing very well, But it needs an up date on picking up some dummy channels on some sat, every thing is dvd , when it picks a S2 it say it is dvd Qspk or something like that, It has a real good blind scan. Picks up all not like some receivers do that you haft to add the chainel to it...

Hi big o got one more question if you watch a 4.3 program like metv on 101 will it show it as letter box are stretched i like to watch those older shows in their original format.

Rodder, I have it on ku band, But there is a setting in the A/V settings that you can put it in full screen or pillar-box,I keep my set on full screen, the picture is great on original or hd Hope this helps.I like the pos. setting on the remote to bump the dish. you don't have to go to the menue to bump the dish.

Rodder,I bought my Technomate from smart direct also,I beleve you will be happy with it, There is space for 600 ip channels to load up, I got about 300 from uk some play some don't I am not to good on reviews maby you can add to it thanks Big o.
