OpenATV and volume control

The latest OpenATV upgrade has a volume control feature in their menu that actually works. It allows you to control the volume for all channels on all sats with an equal setting. Now there's no need to have plugins for volume adjustment functions. The volume button on the RC will now only control the IPTV stream volume. For your sat channel volume you must use your stereo receiver RC or your tv RC to control the volume. Or, you can always turn this feature off and use the Vu+ RC to control the sat channel volume again.

I have been using this for a while now with the same plugins and skins as OpenVIX, since it seems to have less bugs than OpenVIX. The only con is that if you have to reinstall when something goes south, it will always display in German and needs to be changed to English in the system menu.

Further testing with this feature, it currently works with AC3 only.
