    com port is never set to 9600 on any receiver
    i don't even have one and I know that is wrong.
    at that rate it would take forever to load firmware.
    or am I being obtuse?

    trying to use this keep gettin "error time out in send data"
    12' orbitron dish , 36" pansat for k.u - 2 openbox s-10 , 1 openbox s-9, 1 sonicview 360 elite , 1 manhattan rs-1933, 1 coolsat 6000

    Just curious as to why you need to use the rs232 port or just testing it out? I too have an x5 but have never tried it out.
