    HELP
    My receiver hang up same as receiver Mr. Bill Pihl's.
    I can not connected with RS-232.
    Do can anyone recovery with RS-232??????

    yes
    only show light on -->> on the LED panel.
    and
    after the power on --->> only show 3 second X2 background on the TV and after that only show black on the TV.
    please help me.

    Have you try using the analog connectors Yellow/ White and Red to see if there is video there?? maybe the HDMI was dissabled???

    I connected with AV cable ; but same as old.
    Please answer to my question ===>>

    Yes , you can connect using a Null Cable and your computer using your Com Port using RS232. Yes, you can recover your box using this procedure. Make sure the file you try to load for the recovery is : 326sz_v33_1024.r1689.flash.gz.gro.stp. It wont accept regular *.ssu files

    Unplug your box from power source

    1- Open loader
    2- Open File
    3- look for the file
    4- Hit START

    Plug the power back

    Wait until finish, box will re-boot by itself

    That is not the same problem that i had, I might be wrong but that almost sounds like you are not getting any feed from your LNB or a software glitch, The guys here really know what they are talking about so follow their advice and you will be up and running in no time.
