    Unplug the box from the power, Open the loader , load the file *.stp, hit the Start to download and immediatly plug the box back

    I have done the same procedure over and over and with 2 different computers. Still no go Carlos thanks for the step by step.

    So sorry, you will need to send it back for a replacement. It must be fried!!

    I have had to use the recover tool before, it took me tiring about 6 times for it to finally take hold, I suggest trying at least 20 time before giving up.You have to have just the right timing for it to work.
