I have seen pictures where scalar rings are cut so two c band lnbs can be installed side by side.
Shown below is a unique c band lng holder for four lnbs. Let me know if you are interested in purchasing one of these and I will try to get some sales information on it. I like to see special made parts like this. EB

The specs talk about the lnbs and do not mention the holder separation. I would guess the degrees of separation would be between 4 & 6 degrees.
I do not have a top picture of this holder, and cannot get much more information on it unless I do a price inquiry.

That would an awesome feed for someone with a stationary c band dish- for example 95,99,103 and 107w. Just those 4 sats will pull you in about 150 open channels.

Count me in for one, for the right price. I've been thinking of adding a three lnbs to mine, but haven't really been looking forward to cutting up another ring. A four lnb holder would really be great for testing.

I'm probably missing something as usual, but if someone had a stationery C-Band dish, would it not be cheaper to just buy a motor rather than buying a holder and 4 lnbs?

But like Costact mentioned earlier, you have access to four sats with instant switching. Some people don't want to be bothered with moving the dish back and forth and having to deal with the delay factor. Some people like to have the best of both worlds, namely, quick access and the ability to move the dish back and forth for blind scanning.

I actually remember when we had to get up of the couch to change the TV station...All 3 of them...lol

I remember those days Viper. With this type of feed you have the potential of blind scanning 4 sats at once.
