I have noticed this box picks up more channels on a blind scan than my Openbox. I have been picking up some super low SR channels. I just tweaked my 7.5' SAMI a little and was able to pickup a 1360SR and a 1205SR on 55.5w found a couple in the 1600 range too. The dish is still off a bit. I just did a "smart scan" with my pansat 9200 and it didnt pick anything up below 2575SR. My Openbox S10 on accurate scan missed a few of the sub 1600sr transponders. It was able to get about half of them.
Portable Comtech 13', Winegard 10', SAMI 7.5', 3 39" Ku dishes one motorized. Scanning 30w-131w

Carlos were you able to find those with your Openbox or Manhattan ever? I just scanned 40.5 for the 1st time today.

Nope!! The Openbox or the Manhattan never see them. The only way they show up is if I add them manually using the editor. the X2 blindscan them automatically. On the other hand I have an Uruguayan S2 TP in Hispasat 30W 11909 V 7200 S98 Q66 which is pretty easy to scan and watch for the Openbox but the X2 has a lot of problems to scan and watch.

Yes, the X2 scanned them automatically and they can be watch. Some of them take sometime before it pop up. Satmex 5 on 116.7W is the best sat to test low SRs. there are over 10 TPs below SR 2000

Ya the ones I mentioned all scan in channels. 4095H 1360 is Tropical TV on 55.5. 3722H 1205 is a radio channel. 4100H 1840 also has some radio stations.

One channel I cannot really view with the X2 that will scan in is FSTV on 123w. The channel comes up but I can't lock video and audio while my Openbox S10 has solid audio and video that locks up some. This has always been a tough channel and my dish is not perfect.

I reset my motorized Ku dish and was scanning 61w and keep locking a 11858H 0786 transponder. I am not getting any channels from it but it keeps locking it. That is the lowest I have seen.

I am unable to scan in Gem TV on 91w. It does not blind scan in. It will lock the transponder and then drop out. A manual scan does not get it for me either.
