    How do I get the update to load? I extracted it onto a USB stick, inserted USB into the Raptor but nothing showed up to download except a couple of FW versions that are also on the USB stick. Any help is appreciated.

    Unzip WebZeal and load it on an EMPTY newly formatted fat32 usb stick. Insert usb stick into the receiver and follow the instructions in the pop-up window.

    The pop-up window takes a few seconds to appear after inserting the usb stick. If you do not get the pop-up window, then make sure that WebZeal is unzipped and installed on the usb stick.
