PS I have also found that E2 will change stuff even after you have changed it in the channel editor...ie ch name etc. make sure you check the box LOCK. this will not allow E2 to change anything.

When using the editor, just below PIDS for a channel, you will see video type, ac3 delay etc. Make sure that Video type says 1. On the ac3 channels sometimes it changes to 0 and then will show no video only sound once you have fixed the ac3 audio. Make sure both video types (top and bottom) say 1.
