I am kind of lost on this. I found the portal to download apps but I can't find WebTV. I found the weather forecast in the other menu but I have pretty much only found the Spark App store.

Attached are a couple of webtv files for you to try. Install them one at a time. When you install the second file, it will write over the first file.

OK, I got it, I had to reboot my network dongle. Nasa works. I guess my next question is what file formats will work with this besides rtmp? I am most interested in streaming local channels. I searched online for these kind of links last night but didn't come up with much. Where is a good place to check?

More than NASA works for me.

You should be able to take the information from the Raptor and apply it to this receiver. Probably all you need to do is edit one of the .XML files and reload it.

If you open the webtv_usr.xml file in an editor like notepad, you will see that RTMP, RTSP, HTTP and MMS are in the files EB gave you.

I took a look at the file and noticed the file extensions it will play. I found an MMS feed of a ski resort where I used to live. It looks like I have quite a bit of work to do to build a channel list. This is about as tedious as writing 4dtv maps.
