    Hi ALL,

    I have upload my Optibix Gekko HD with Optibox GekkoHD.v2.10.67 through the USB. First the update started normally and in the middle the tv screen become blanc and I cannot see any picture. I left it for a whit about 30 min and switched off. when I tried to turn it on I couldnt see any picture as well but when I click on the remote botton I see the receiver green light flashin. CCan you please help me on that.

    Have you tried rebooting the box by removing the power on the rear of the receiver. Does the receiver have any audio? If you know the IP of the box, try to connect to it through ftp and see if everything seems normal. You can also try rebooting the box using the Fortis web interface if you have that plugin installed.

    Are you sure to flash the correct ird? The flash drive must be formatted in fat32! May be voltage collision durring flashing firmware!
