My wife and I decided to put up one the three 8 ft mesh BUDs I had laying around the farm. I can scan from 139.0W to 72.0W, (I can probably get down to 40-50 degree range but the DSR920 I was using to move the dish only has 21 sat tiles). I still have to complete the wiring, just used temporary wires with receiver and tv out at the dish.
I have included a couple pics.

Very nice! I like how you say "My wife and I". It's great to have a spouse interested in our hobbies. My wife puts up with my FTA addiction as well.

My wife also puts up with it and says there are worse things someone could be doing; as long as her channels are up I'm the boss outdoors. I have to agree with Viper, keep us up to date- Don't you hail from California?

Don't mean to be prying I just thought I recognized the name from a couple of other sites. I like your setup, I'd like to know how those 8' dishes perform on some of the tougher dvb-s2 tp.

Yeah I frequent most all of the fta forums. I have had very good results with this particular 8 ft. I get all the RTV channels on AMC-7 @ 137.0W and SES-2 @ 87.0W. All dvb S2 on 105.0W come in very well. If there is any channel in particular you want to know about, just let me know and I will check it out.

Thanks mengram. Actually the tp on Simon Bolivar at 78w always seems to give me quality issues, I'm not sure if it's a dish alignment or maybe my lnbf needs a bit of skewing. It scans in on my openbox-skybox receivers better then my azbox and I know that those receivers tuner sensitivity is worse then my azbox:

Here are a few screen shots from the Pansat 9500, Optibox Raptor, and Manhattan 1933 in the same order as I have listed the receivers.
