Looks like a problem with the way I uploaded it. Let me see if I can fix it...
Download the attached file.
Change the extension of the downloaded file from .zip to .tar
The attached database file will work in the receiver after changing the extension from .zip to .tar.
Let me know if you do not know how to load a database or satellite/channel backup.
the compressed folder empty there is nothing in there. so now what i no nothing about zip to tar
Download the attached file in post number 13.
The name of the file is:
SX88_2017_12_18_1.04.32_0.dbase.zip
Change the name to:
SX88_2017_12_18_1.04.32_0.dbase.tar
Then it will work in the SX88.

sorry file in post 17 the same thing the file is saying invalid no good no kb .. im using windows 10 all outher zip file work on here
Those files have data in them. They are not empty folders.
Most likely, your Windows antivirus program is deleting the contents of the folder because the extension has been changed. I have had that happen before.
The SX88 saves backup files as .tar, which is common for Linux. I will see if a .tar file can be added to our attachments. Changing the extension from .tar to ,zip was a work-around that does not work for you!
Just to help, I downloaded the zip file from Mega and unzipped it while in Windows 10. It's a good file after unzipping.
