upgrade tool v2.1.0

ali upgrade tool v2.1.0 with .abs and .ini files for the various processors from m3602 and up.

originally mentioned as the v7v8v8se loader,but does the retro receivers like 3602,3606
I used a dead s10 as the torture test with the proper abs and ini files which are the same as the old v2.0.0c used.
The 3606 eromclient.abs is new,that may help people with 3606 based receivers that are dead.
