Oscam Monitor FoR AmiKo AllieN

This program allows online monitoring of the operation Oscam ... this
is especially interesting to analyze the operation of a server
with reference to traffic clients / partners! The program is based on
communication with Oscam who said in oscam.conf a section [monitor]
and monitoring a client told oscam.user that [account].
