Do you run a motor or your Dishes are fixed?? If they're fixed then you can add up to 4 LNBs to the diseqc switch and Yes, they can be a mixed of KU and C band together.
Run a motor on the KU & Actuator on C Band, Thanks
As long as your dishes are being moved by seperate stand alone positioners then you shouldn't have any problems with that. For example, if port 1 is your c band dish then you would have to tell your positioner where to send the dish and visa-versa for the other dish. I'm not a switch expert though BB, it would good to see others chime in on this one.
having a coax for each dish will keep the switching simple. I have a SV8000hd and have 6 LNB's wired to it. It has a 4 port Disqc and 22khz 2 port switches. could have used the positioning trick but this works ok. Bud c-ku,and ku dishes.
